I would also buy this in a heartbeat. That way the screen would not get scratched because it closes and I love the look of it. Imagine all of the different gaming possibilites with that setup! Too bad it's not real

That's very cool. But...Just tape two iPhones together...or one iPhone and iPod touch, that way the screen would be slimmer.
Yes, yes tape a iPodTouch on top and iPhone 3G at the bottom. I found that when they closed face to face, it look like a mobile again.
@Roger That was a really good post. Like u said. Very fun to think about the possibilities. I too would love it and by it in a heartbeat. The dual screen functionality of the DS with the power and high detailed screens of the iphone and appstore variety of games. I think u shud call Cupertino. lol.
This is very funny for me, since when I got my new iPod, one of the first things I did was hold it up to my old iPod in that exact way, with my thicker one on the bottom. It would work really well to both have the second screen for virtual controls and gestures in games. There would have to be a way to have one screen slide behind the other, though. Or they could just have 3 screens...
Very interesting. Since Sony is coming out with a number of new devices to compete with Apple, they might indeed bring something like this to the table.
It'd definitely be cool. The Ipad could probably have dual screen set-up's for games, since the screen is so much bigger.
