The RPG Games i have is Ravensword, Dungeon Hunter, Magestory and Fantasy Warrior and i wanted to know what other good RPG Game are in the appstore that you have seen or tried because im looking to get more of them.
Undercroft - pretty fun, easy to get into. I have it, like it... Graphics are very similar to The Quest. I wish someone would do an isometric RPG like the amiga days...
The Quest + expansion packs Undercroft Elven Chronicles Rogue Touch The Isle of 8-Bit Treasure Wolfenstein RPG Hybrid Zenonia
Everyone's mentioned the few that are in the appstore. I would like to add that a few are coming soon that might be worth it. Legion of Amon Battle for Wesnoth (more of a TBS, but with some RPG elements) Inotia 2 (I'm beta testing this and it's really good) Seed
There aren't a huge amount of RPGs yet but the most important question to help find ones you'll like: What do you like in an RPG? What are your favorite RPGs?
I have to agree, Hero of Sparta is nothing like what I'd consider an RPG. I suggest: -Undercroft: can choose your party and there's a nice assortment of skills to tinker with. Easy to get into. -Quest: very in depth tough RPG. Not so easy to get into but can definitely sink a lot of time into it. Plus there's already three expansions and the price is reasonable. I don't recommend: -Chronicles of Inotia: I hated it. Hack and hack at slimes and stuff and nothing really great about it. I wish I could explain more but I stopped playing pretty quickly. I liked Underworlds when it first came out but it was short and there wasn't much competition at the time. I hear it got a free expansion but I haven't gotten around to trying it yet. Zenonia was okay: I don't really like Zelda type games all that much. I prefer turn-based combat rather than running around and slashing...unless it's Diablo-style!
Chronicles of Inotia: Wanderer of Luone is coming out at the end of the year. I'm beta testing it and it bests all of the RPGs currently in the App Store. You might want to wait for that.
