Hey guys, sorry for all the issues. Looking at the epic crashes first, I suspect those are from some bad data which should be easy to hunt down and quickly patch. The IAP issue is a surprise to me and will require some digging, might be a bit. Promise I am working hard to fix this stuff! Will update as I make progress.
I suspect maybe you're using the sandbox mode there still. Apps usually only asked me to sign into my iTunes Account again (despite me being signed in already) when I was installing some beta software. This would explain why purchases cannot be fetched nor restored (wrong ID).
With this update the game freezes on the loading screen after the gamecenter login completes. This is on a 7 plus. I've tried hard booting and don't want to delete and re-install as I don't want to lose my progress.
Sorry, should have been more clear. Sandbox mode is for development and testing purposes, so that people don't get charged real money for testing alpha/beta software. It is code that the developer puts into their app. There used to be a Game Center sandbox as well. I wasn't referring to us users/players "using sandbox". We all have the same issues. Was just dropping an educated guess to RighteousHammer.
For those who lost progress, was it on a reinstall or just a straight update? Trying to determine if it is a cloud issue or save data issue.
If anyone has the Epic journey crash (when going into a battle) on Android, please leave the game as is, and email: [email protected] I want to get some save files, and I cannot get them from iOS
