Tutorial is nice and simple and explains what need to be done simply. I've only played endless so far and will try the others later. I think the controls need a little tweaking, I have my device totally flat at the start but the egg will always roll back by default, the on,y way to stop this from happening is by tipping my ipad forward, if it was a real egg on a spoon it would roll straight of. Also one of the instructions is to swipe up to jump, the games gives a little countdown when a jump is coming, and swiping up seems to get me to clear the obstacle but the egg doesn't actually move at all, it could move or bounce a little to make it feel more realistic. Time the jumping should be the harder part, whereas at the moment, for me, just starting is the more difficult part as despite holding the ipad flat, like you would a spoon, the egg rolls back as if it's tipped up. Maybe a calibrate option would help? I'll play the other modes in the morning, thanks for the code. I niticed on my Ipad, I had a fairly difficult time with the 'wind'. I would compensate and then the egg woud fall anyways. But then, i read again, the instructions. It states something about holding like a real spoon, etc.... So, I thought, maybe i need to try the game on an Ipod instead. The Ipad was just a little bit awkward and the calibration seemed a little more 'off.' So... back to the beginning again with the ipod. Definately a better experience on an ipod. It felt less awkward. More realistic Well, as realistic as it can get, I guess. But, then again, an ipod and a wooden spoon are two very diferent things! he he I am thankful that the egg is virtual. Just imagine, cloudpuff and lavender in a race to the finish balancing a real egg on top of our ipods/iphines! LOL!!! On the ipod I am able to play through the 'wind warnings' whereas I had some difficulty with them on the ipad. Same with the jumps. To me though, the jumps are lacking a bit. It is also where the game loses some of that realism, especially becase it is a swipe instead of an action. (Like, a quick lift or jerk of the device, like you would do with a spoon.) For a party game, I think this would be awesome. I did try playing next to someone else at the same time. But; it wasn't very successful. If somehow 2 devices could get calibrated...... ***Just for fun: I think it would be great if there were different egg choices. Oh.. or.. what if the player could earn stickers for different milestones in the game that could be put on the egg?*** Although I feel some minor tweaking is needed here, i believe that this one is better then any of the other spoon/egg balance game apps available right now. kristoffer Well-Known Member May 18, 2014 131 0 16 #4 kristoffer, Jul 21, 2014 3A46E466JNXK Thank you!
