Real racing, Gt racing, NFS:S. The quality of how realistic the car and the gameplay is what i am looking for
I just tried out NFS:U and I love it. Graphics are fantastic and its just fun to play. EDIT: Woops, you said NFS:S lol, nvm.
yea all three are good but i would avoid NFS:S out of those in terms of simulator, its on the rails as in you cant manual accelerate, kinda kills it as a simulator. Still a good game though. Either of the other two are good but real racing's physics are probably the more realistic of the two. the physics on gtr arent bad though and as its singleplayer is much more extensive than real racing I would recommend it the most.
Jet Car stunts is amazing but not too realistic. The best I can say is NFS Shift or GT Racing. Other than that, there needs to be some new better racing games.
I would say GT over RR. After playing GT for a while and then doing a race in RR, the cars in RR just feel so light and you hardly have to break at all; it just doesn't feel that realistic anymore
NFS: Shift wins, because of its super-real graphics and real licensed cars. Driver by Gameloft has the most realistic driving, though.
wow I feel bad for the thread starter because I doubt he was able to pick one of the three since everyone has a different opinion. I only have Shift and RR and think that RR is more realistic but Shift is funner but lacks in manual acceleration.
you nailed it! last time i looked at the team of NFS-Shift, was quite a big team...11 programmers, 9 artists and 4 producers for this iphone game. That's pretty much for an iphone game ... Someone knows how many people worked on GTR?
Why are people suddenly saying real racing is over rated? it's still an amazing racing game which handles more towards a codemaster racing game then a true simulation but it is by no means over rated at all, it's also the first high quality racing game the app store had last summer which was not just an arcade game with boosting. And who said no braking in GT Racing? You either use lots of assists or just bull shitting.
