Spam reporting not working?

I don't see a list of moderators any more, on the main page, and today when I click the little triangle on posts to report spam I get:

"Request Timeout

This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'."

 

Thanks, I'm still getting the same behavior today. Where is the list of moderators hidden now, btw?
