      I am a big fan of games with lots of content and unlockables, so I was wondering, what app should I get. (I only have $3 left in my account.)

      I recommend you get I Dig It Expeditions. I haven't gotten yet but it looks really good and is only 3 bucks to boot.

      any of the gameloft games that are on sale none of the games you listed blades of fury and BIA are the best but all of them are good

      just look at djflippy's list on the sale thread, there are dozens of great games to choose from.
