The update clears many of the issues I saw on the new iPad. The dialogue is in Spanish with English subtitles - which makes the game just a bit unique. After the update, the menus are now in English, (though I had a glitch one time where the "inventory added" text bubble was in Spanish), and I was able to complete the game (with one crash).

The game is a fairly standard point and click adventure - find items, interact with people and escape the hospital. The puzzles aren't terribly complex, but there are built in hints in case you get stuck. It was enjoyable while it lasted.

I was a little surprised at the size (400+MB), as it wasn't quite as long as I expected. There is "to be continued..." text at the end of the game, and the iTunes text says it's the first chapter. Not sure if that means IAP or a new game or hopefully just additions to this version.

I'm considering buying this game. I really like point & click adventures.
Does the all Spanish voiceovers detract from the overall fun of the game?

I don't think the voiceovers detract, and I personally thought it was kind of interesting. Note - the subtitles occur across the main page, versus at the bottom, and are colored depending on who is talking. It still has a couple small bugs that I think the dev is working on (based on the interaction I had with him), but was able to finish it after this past update. I'd suggest saving it along the way in case there is an unexpected error. That said, the game is interesting, but it is a bit short.

I wasn't trying to say that my English is Perfect. It's not even my native language so it's very very far from perfect .
I was just trying to let you know that the actual game captions were translated by a professional studio, not me. .

Playing on iphone 5 and the game loses its UI randomly. It saves like that so resetting does nothing.

Really disappointing because I was enjoying it a lot.

This game is quite good, however had to bugs so far where I have been unable to go any further. Screen just freezes up, can't click anything and won't move. Really annoying
