I'm trying which of theses games to get, based on gameplay and game length. I would also be interesested in any other lengthy iPhone rpg.
Zenonia is more of a classic rpg which is in the style of the old zelda's and other similar games, Hybrid however is more of a fighter where you go against waves of enemies, using combos and magic and the rest of the story is in cut scenes, you only really play the fights or when you buy/craft items.
Zenonia shouldn't even be compared to that game. Um there's three characters and playthrough can take from 25-whatever hours. I had 47 hours on my warrior to get it to level 83. It only took me 29 hours to get my assassin to 82 though. You can also choose a good/evil path with each character also, varying the playthrough. Cheers.
Man, Hybrid is terrible. I felt ripped off when I put my trust in Gamevil and bought it when it first came out. If you're deciding between the two, definitely get Zenonia. However, I much prefer Dungeon Hunter among RPGs.
I got burned twice with Gamevil(Hybrid and Zenonia), I have absolutely zero trust in them and wouldn't buy any other of their RPGs in the future.
It really depends on what you're interested in or looking for. Zenonia is, as others have said, a Zelda style RPG with massive game time. Hybrid is a sidescroller fighter full of combos and special moves.
