Atleast he has some idea at what he wants he game to play like, it's a start, and unity is mostly visual so there's not a ton of coding, also, if your willing to spend up to 100 bucks than they have finished projects that you solely drag and drop to make a game, I made a post apoctoliptic zombie game without a bit of coding at all... It is doable without programming knowledge...

I've pondered this too but I don't have a Mac,I have a PC so unfortunately I can't-is it possible to send your game to someone that does have a Mac,that way they can publish it? I use unity and don't really know much about it,wanted to make a fallout 3 like game

Multimedia Fusion 2 + iOS exporter works well, and does not require you to know a programming language. Plain language programming.

Yes it is possible to make a game in unity with no programing... And yes u can send the app to some one to publish, just as long as hey have unity with the 400 buck iOS export plugin, and a copy of ur game, make sure to copyright it tho, or they could call ur game there's with impunity...
