App description: Beekyr is a 'bullet hell' 16-bit style shoot em up, shmup, that leads our cool bee through 23 amazing levels in fields, trees, forests, rivers, waterfalls, jungles and caves to avenge his queen and hive from the nasty wasp queens and their soldiers... Very similar to space shooters but set in the world of bugs.

-ENVIRONMENT
The games contains all sort of nasty bugs like wasps, hornets, spiders, flies, cockroaches, fleas, mosquitoes, scorpions, praying mantis... along with some natural bee enemies like bee-eaters.

Enjoy the amazing soundtrack, beautiful visuals and fun but hard game.

Just spent the whole week fixing minor bugs glitches, except the inverted panoramica rotation mode.

I can see touch arcade has given me a 2 of 5. Seriously?

Well at least we feel satisfied with the job: 23 fun levels , 6 difficulty levels, HD graphics and 16 cool tracks of music for a debut indie game, it not bad... is it

Anyway we will keep making games and each game will be better.

I will try to check if i can make the rotation thingy somehow, and if not i will just submit the new version to Apple.
I also discovered a big problem in novice level 10.

It's a shmup with over 20 stages... although I don't know how the average stage size compares with usual shmups.
But still...
Why are you complaining that it's only two dollars instead of one?

It looks reasonably lengthy and has a hard mode to add its length.

It seems at least decent so far, I made it to stage 3-1... And got distracted by other stuff, but I'll get back to this.

I don't regret spending two dollars on this thing, anyway.

Yes, market has gone to the level where players don't consider the work behind a game. Sell a game that took over a year to develop for 2USD is bargain. This game can give you many many hours of game play.

There are far worst games that cost you a lot more money.

Thanks Intendro for your comment.
I will be submitting an update soon. I don't think there are more glitches!

Reviewed, it is a 1USD game. To those who paid 2USD I really appreciate your payment. But please understand the sales went almost to null (we need to try to keep it alive) Hopefully we will be selling more now, and make more cool games.

BTW Ratings:
AppStore: 5/5
Google Play: 4/5
TouchArcade: 2/5
OUYA: 4/5

We are preparing a version with ALL* the fixes that have been mentioned in this thread. It should be up in a week.

Yes all! Including the rotation mode.

Please share the app with your friends if you can.
We really want to see people fighting to get on top of the hi-scores list, and we want to see if there is anyone tough enough to beat the android score of ~14.000.000 points

Hello guys,

Thanks for the feedback here, it was exciting improving the game for you guys.

Good news:
We have made a really crazy shmup called 'Vortex Attack'. We really hope you like it.

Bad news:
Sadly our iOS games are completely hidden between so many crappy apps plus ratings weren't that good: Apple iOS users weren't that keen on Beekyr despite being a pretty cool title.

Crazy enough, the same apps in Android are doing very well: all of them have 4+ stars while here ratings are poor, it doesn't make sense to us and we don't want to start analysing why (the apps are exactly the same). We just want to make entertaining games...
On top of that, we also have to pay for a yearly iOS license and we will be making a loss for sure. It's pointless spending more time with this, (also every update we submitted was a total nightmare).

So, this made it clear for us and we have to move away from iOS development, we are sorry, we don't have a choice.

But hey, if you have a PC (and maybe OSX) check our title, I think if you are into shmups you will REALLY like this one.

Nice to speak to all of your guys. Take care!
