hi all, we're on the hunt for a potential crashing issue upon first launch of Red Ball 4. if you are willing to provide feedback about how the game runs, please PM me with your device and iOS version for a promo code. we have a total of 10 codes to give away. as of yet, the problem was reported on iPad (?gen) with iOS 5.1.1 and iPhone5s with iOS 7.?, but any other setups are welcome as well thanks in advance for your help
I have the following devices: IPad Air IOS 7.1.2 Ipad (1st one made) IOS 5.1.1 iPod touch I believe it is 4th gen. I think it might be 6.1.1 ? I have android devices as well, if needed. I sent you a PM.

I got one, I communicated through pm's. I will try testing this out tonight and see if I can find any bugs.
I didn't com across any bugs or crashes. I even completed the first chapter. Your controls are so fantastic but it would be great if you could extend the touch area for going right just a bit. Other than that it's a really fun physics puzzle platformer.

You made another amazing red ball game. I got stuck on some of the puzzles, I was over thinking some of them when the solution was really easy. Another thing you may want to adjust is the first 4 point wheel. It seemed sort of difficult to move it without it reversing back too easily. Also, I think when beating a stage you could show something of the screen really breifly saying what level you are on. For a while I thought it was one gigantic level, so I was afraid to stop and lose my progress.
I am in love with a little red ball. Crazy but true!! Ha ha Looks like I have played 7 levels so far..I agree with Coolpepper on the level endings. It would give so much more satisfaction to the player to know that they have passed a level. There doesn't need to be a physical level change like in other games. What about a quick animation of the red ball jumping in the air, big smile and yelling out a 'whipee' or 'woo hoo' or a strange giggle....... I like the flow from one level to another so I wouldn't want more then the quick animation. And, I don't want to have to 'select' the next level and stop my flow either. So far, no lags, glitches, etc. Runs so smoothly. I love the mischievous smile red ball has each time he 'kills' one of the block baddies. Cute and funny.!! Tomorrow, I plan on purposefully getting out in different places to test that as well. I'll let you know. Later I will install on a different device as well. Great job so far. Very creative, cute, mischievous, etc......
we´ve found out what causes the issue. it´s the Soomla IAP Purchase Library when IAP restrictions in the device settings are enabled. if you´re experiencing this crash at launch, please go here to disable the restrictions: Settings->General->Restrictions->In-App Purchases -> Off a big thanks again to the forum members that reacted so fast and helped us catch this issue! we´re working on an update now and will submit it tomorrow, along with a little special as a "thank you"
we´re really happy with all the positive response on Red Ball 4 and glad you guys like it! can you please tell me what the "first 4 point wheel" is? in which level? we´ll think about the level transition, thanks for the feedback thanks, we´ll keep that in mind for the future. we´re working on a fix now for the crashing issue and will add a little special to the game you all will love probably we will not be able to change anything on the level transitioning with this update, as it´d go too deep into the code, but we´ll keep that in mind for future updates!
