Ok thanks. If it has widescreen support I'll buy. KojimaKid Active Member Jun 27, 2012 44 0 0 #7 KojimaKid, Dec 20, 2012 Bought this day one when it came out, the controls take some getting used to but they are not as bad as most people say they are. I can play the game fine on my ipod touch 4g just as good as using a physical controller. The is one, if not, my most favorite fighting game ever and can't beat the price for having it on your phone or ipod/ipad. ninjackid Well-Known Member May 27, 2010 9,380 2 38 #8 ninjackid, Dec 20, 2012 Darn, looks like there's no widescreen support. Anyone think it'll ever be updated? bramblett05 Well-Known Member Aug 29, 2012 5,682 0 0 #9 bramblett05, Dec 20, 2012 My guess no cause its capcom Connector Well-Known Member May 6, 2012 15,512 1 0 In the Chatroom http://thechatroom.freeforums.net/ #10 Connector, Dec 21, 2012 Bad framerates, bad controls, looks like no widescreen. Mean, save your buck for something else, especially now. Street fighter tekken is pretty good. Ultimate mortal combat is not good. nomorejoking Active Member Nov 19, 2012 41 0 0 #11 nomorejoking, Dec 21, 2012 Good game, decent comtrols, worth the 1$. Loads of chars too. I boight it when jt was full price . And the blast from the past feeling is cool too. But, yeah, for a buck, I would probably buy it again. But for disk space and kind of disappointing, well, my feeings are mixed. ninjackid Well-Known Member May 27, 2010 9,380 2 38 #13 ninjackid, Dec 21, 2012 Shame... No widescreen is a no go for me! Thanks! nightc1 Well-Known Member Oct 19, 2012 4,362 0 0 AL #14 nightc1, Dec 21, 2012 I don't think you can resist most games... Since most don't support widescreen. Another Dreamcast / Arcade game on ios? I think I may be down for this. This game is a port of a non-widescreen game anyway. Connector Well-Known Member May 6, 2012 15,512 1 0 In the Chatroom http://thechatroom.freeforums.net/ #15 Connector, Dec 21, 2012 Too bad you guys don't have zoom or stretch settings on your iphone 5. When I play my ipad on tv, I have to switch it to zoom or stretch mode, sometimes wide mode. Then the games look great. They should have added that ability to the iphone. ninjackid Well-Known Member May 27, 2010 9,380 2 38 #16 ninjackid, Dec 21, 2012 Well, yeah, you're right. I've just gotten spoiled with widescreen support, games just look better when they fill your screen. Feels like I'm moving in slow motion compared to the Dreamcast, PS3, and 360 versions. Also how am I supposed to do my Magneto loops and resets with these horrible controls. Seriously only buy this port if you're desperate for some MVC2 and don't have PS3,360 or even a good PC if you know what I'm talking about. Outrager Well-Known Member Sep 14, 2012 130 0 0 #19 Outrager, Dec 21, 2012 Are people really buying this version expecting to do infinites with touch controls? VOGamer Well-Known Member Mar 20, 2011 107 0 0 #20 VOGamer, Dec 23, 2012 MVC2 is a better iOS port than Capcom's Street Fighter 4! SF4 isn't even 3D. SF4 consist of terrible 2D screen captures of SF4. MVC2 has the 3D backgrounds found in the Dreamcast and arcade version. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
