Looks ok. better than the screenshots. Popcap better be thankful for that really nice gameplay trailer.
This is one of the most overrated games of all time, but it is nice to see the iPhone getting something new from PopCap
Great game. Ign says (according to Popcap) that it should be out by the end of the year, but if I know Popcap correctly, expect this by the end of NEXT year! ...Heck, maybe Peggle will get it's music by then too.

Peggle is so boring in comparison to this... this is literally one of the most addictive games I've played in years. Definite buy!
why would it take so long to port a game that's already been made to the iPhone? I can understand if the controls and interface would need to be radically different, but it seems as though Plants vs. Zombies is a perfect fit for the iPhone with minimal tweaking needed to make it work. But in any case, I can't wait for this game to come out.
All depends how the original game was developed. If the codebase wasn't intended to be very portable, they're basically going to be starting from scratch with the already completed art and sound assets.
Sooo looking forward to this..... and the $0.99 jaw dropping sale to follow.... unless they initially offer it at sale for $0.99.....for which my reaction would be to munch on some zombie brain and sh*t out exploding plants

This is great news! I love all Popcap games on the PC and iPhone (which are basically ports of the PC games) Can't wait for P vs. Z to come out! One of my favourite games because of its humor, art style and just pure awesomeness!
