Gee, here's an idea: USE BOTH - Then people will actually feel like they are getting something for their money - CONTENT. In fact, make a few more before you release it. Don't make a single theme game, there are too many of them and they feel light and cheap. If you want to see a great example of content, go play "Motion X Poker Quest" or "Lumines II (PSP)"
I like the Chinese art better. The only thing I'd consider changing is the title "Fancy Stacker" could be in a more elaborate/harder edged font. (i.e. something that looks more Chinese ) DON'T USE the takeaway menu fonts! Maybe something more like this: Quickie Photoshops:
