If i change my address in my itunes account to canada stuff will i be able to get eliminate and then change it back?
If you have a Canadian credit card, which has a valid Canadian billing address, yeah, but I'm pretty sure that ain't the case.
Yup .. though most credit cards have global branding (Visa, Mastercard, etc) they're usually handled/administered on a national basis. So, though I have a Mastercard, retailers are able to tell what country my particular Mastercard was issued in. We were able to sign up to the Japan iTunes store for certain things, but we had to use a Japan-issued credit card to do so. For everything else I'm restricted to the country where I got my Mastercard. So, unless you can get a Canadian credit card issued to you somehow, you're fresh out of luck.
