We are recruiting a small group of beta testers who are interested in trying out our games and giving us honest, detailed feedback on how we can improve them. XMG is a relatively new developer, with several titles on the market right now including Pandemica (recently won in the AR category of Best App Ever awards) and the Drag Racer series (Pro Tuner & Car Creator). We have a solid roadmap of games coming out in the coming months. We currently have 4 games in development targeting a wide variety of audiences. Testers will be compensated with a $10 gift card for each game they test and there will be opportunity for additional prized through periodic contests etc. To apply please email patti [at] xmgstudio [dot] com with the following information if you are interested. Also please post in this thread to confirm you have applied. Name (and forum ID if different): Email address: UDID: Type(s) of device and OS you are using: Demographic information (age, gender, where you live, whether you work or are in school etc.) Briefly describe your testing experience: Why are you interested in testing: What is your favorite game: This is open to people in the US and Canada. Please submit your applications before Tuesday, March 2, 2010. We are starting with a small group and we will be adding others down the road. Thanks for your interest. Patti at XMG
In the immediate future the games include a labyrinth-style game, a fashion themed game as well as some sports-themed games. We aren't tied to any specific type of game, so we are interested in testers that are interested in and can add value to games in a wide variety of themes and types. And if someone has a close inner circle that they could tap into to get feedback from different demographics (friends, parents, children, siblings etc.) that would be good to indicate. Patti
Unfortunately we're only able to include people from the US and Canada at this time, simply because we will be giving participants iTunes gift cards and we only have access to cards from the US and Canadian stores. Thanks for your interest though. Patti
I sent the email. PS. I remember playing the drag racer games on the internet, I was addicted to them, and especially loved the car customization
Then why not limit to people with US/Canadian Accounts? I'm from Germany but I have a US account (I guess nearly everyone here has because of promo codes)
