Default What ever happened to this frog physics game?

There was a video I watched years ago and it was showing a work in progress physics game where you moved the frog manually. As in, using your finger on his left leg and sliding up and physically making him take a step. Then do the same to all other legs. I don't know what the point of this game was but it looked cool. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, did it ever release? All google searches produce the many other physics games that include frogs lol just not this game. Oh and the video showed from a top down view, from was almost the size of the iPhone they were demoing it on. He was on lily pads and they moved him across them.

Damn, I know this game... just can't remember the name. I'm pretty sure it was released and got a bit of recognition so someone here should remember it.
