First they'd have to fix all the bugs in it. Obsidian are known for their ambitious design but flawed technical execution, and KotOR 2 was a prime example (one of their many such as NWN 2, Alpha Protocol, etc). I'd love to play it on my iPad, but they would need to do more than just port it... They would have to fix it and (debatably) finish it as it was considered by many a rushed to release game which floored portions of unfinished quests to meet a deadline release date. As well as Asphyr did with the port on the first, I am unsure if they have the technical skills to remedy the issues left unfixed with KotOR 2. At least with KotOR they had a relatively solid game bug testing wise to port. KotOR 2 on the otherhand was left with many issues unfixed... ...but with all that said, hell, I'd still buy it!
