Ah right. I have to agree with you about this forum getting dull. Also I am finding iOS gaming as a whole to be getting a bit stale now. It could just be a dry period, but there aren't many new releases that excite me like they used to. I've also been playing my PS3 more. I've been playing quite a lot of Skyrim and also I've gone back to the TDU2 forums now that the bikes have been released for PC (and will hopefully come to PS3 soon).
Yeah, it seems like there's a lot of repetition going on now. The period for real iOS game innovation had to end sometime and I think it's happened. I look at some of these topics and people seem to be getting really excited about stuff we basically saw two years ago... it's just not advancing enough to keep me entertained. I guess the restrictions of a touch screen device are starting to show through, you can't quite cover the same breadth of genres as you can with other platforms.

Well, during my short time here, seems like 5 interesting characters that I don't see post anymore. Gasparzizou, he is sorely missed in the Dead Trigger thread. He better show back soon for the Dead Trigger 2 thread. He singlehandily made the Dead Trigger thread one of the best threads to read on the john. Pixelpower, he by himself had the most popular thread on the developer's forum. Never read the developers forum much, until he started posting. Defred, he was here til just recently, but boy, he can reincarnate like mad. He's still probably here somewhere or somewherez. Royce, where the heck did this shmup lover go? He used to join me in the shmup threads, and now no longer. Still seems like he is a member but no posts lately. Solidfart was an interesting character too, lots of passionnate firepower.

I barely know any of the people Connector mentioned because they're too new and I don't hang around as much anymore I do kinda miss the old crowd. There seemed to be a lot more fun and games taking place in the Lounge and various social groups back then, it's almost dead now.
Defred was quite a character. Solidfart took waayyyy too long to be banned IMO. ^^but these are just people from the past few months. I haven't been around long enough to know any departures from 2-3 years ago.
