There are some awesome tutorials on Ray's site. I signed up for the monthly email to get iOS 5 tutorial 1 and it amazed me how high quality it is. Still haven't finished it but I've been working in 30 minute chunks during lunch and an extra hour or three on the weekends. Not in any way connected with this site, but I was looking for iOS 5 specific tutorials and this site delivers. It covers ARC, Storyboards and other cool new features of the latest iOS release.
I'm not connected with the site either, it's just been such a big help to me I share it every opportunity I get!
