Picture proof, all the build times are based off of 12 floors

I also did a review/game play file, if any one cares to proof read it and make adjustments its all yours, my English while writing is horrible so be warned.

Tip: When delivering the VIP that creates a rush of traffic to a store, deliver the VIP to a store that only has Level 3 items in stock. This guarantees that all of those fast sales are for 3 coin items.

To get the best of both worlds, you'd want the shops that have a very high restocking time for the 3rd (and maybe 2nd) items, with a low restocking time for the 1st. The bowling alley would be one of those. I think the 1st item is 5m, while the 3rd is 4h30m or 5h or something.

The problem with stores that have 3x fast items is that we can't be playing 24-7. So when you sleep or just anytime you can't play for a prolonged period, you don't have the benefit of having a giant stock selling as you're logged out. Plus, you only need 1 item to be fast to abuse the fully stocked bonus (for example, a shop with times 5m/10h/10h would work just as well, if not better than a shop with 5m/10m/20m).

How is it that some people have 5 million Bux?
Assuming they purchase it with real money, it would have cost them $150,000.

Either they are really rich, or simply cheat. Some people don't really know how to enjoy a game lol (jailbroken people can modify the game files)

If you know what your doing, it is really easy. just change values and save. A lot of people do it to a lot of games just to get the high scores.

unfair for them yes, they never can enjoy the app that way. Yes they might have the high score but most people know they are cheating so it is worth nothing.

    Hm, I agree.
The fun is taken away if you're cheating.

Too true. They've basically finished the game already. We've only just started. More fun for the good guys!

I'll add to this by saying that if you're at near the end of your day and going to sleep (or whatever. You do go to sleep, right?), don't restock your Class 3 highest-value, highest-quantity item until you are sure you won't touch your tower until the next day. So, after a good night's sleep, you can wake up and stock your shops with your Class 3 items immediately, giving you plenty of time to restock Class 1 and Class 2 items.

Has anyone made a list of the shops/businesses with the highest base stock quantities(along with a higher stock refill waiting time)? I'm currently looking to demolish some of my lower quantity shops and hoping to get better stores.

    Deja Vu!

From what I remember all groups of businesses have their high and low shops. Food shops have some of the lowest. But it is all random.

The higher your tower goes, better shops unlock for you to use. But it adds to the pool of shops so even at floor 100 you could still get the sushi shop if you don't already have it in your tower. Also keep in mind the construction time is based off your highest floor (30 mins for each floor), so your going to hit a lot of down time trying to achieve this.

I took the advice of having one empty slot in housing and found out that it was not that great. It seem I was getting less chance of bux since the bux message is being replace with them move in.

I also found out that having low stocking time may not bring in lots of money but when you fully stock all 3 you seem to have a chance of getting bux. I have a pub that 1m 10m 25m stocking time and it seem 1m and 10m stocking time goes out pretty quick. I seem to be getting 1 bux every 3 hour from the pub.

Don't buy the last elevator 125 bux one, unless you have bux to spare. Sure it move faster and come down faster but I have not really notice any different from the 75 bux one. It about 2 second faster for the next wait time to bring someone up.

Here's my contribution to the thread. This is a list of all of the shops, separated by category, and ordered in ascending order of the 3rd/2nd/1st items' restocking times (listed in minutes). I just dug the information out of the game files, for those who are curious. If any are missing, or any of the values are incorrect, it just means I accidentally deleted one too many characters/lines. In that case, whoops.

@dbhjed: Yes, I think you were the one to answer my same question in the official thread. Thank you for your input, btw. :)
@Dazarath: Wow, thank you sir! Exactly what I was looking for!

Aha. This suggests that being higher up doesn't increase the chance of your store having more stock, but instead increases your chance of getting a store that holds more stock.

The thing I love most about this game, you never know what you are going to get when you make a new floor :) It must be really frustrating if you are looking for a certain floor and it doesn't show up.

That is how the game is made, Height has nothing to do with stock level. You could have sushi bar at floor 120 and it would still have to be restocked like crazy.

And the different shops are unlocked at certain levels, of those I have no clue when what unlocks.
