The main constraint for me (and most people here I assume) is time and the backlog of unplayed games I already have, rather than money. A game that costs less than $3 is basically free anyway.

I know from experience that I feel cheated by high-score games where you can pay to get a high score, so unless this starts getting 9/10 reviews I doubt I would like it. Its not an anti-IAP thing as such (I love Clash of Clans), its more the combination of "high score game" and "pay to win".

Played this for a couple hours last night, didn't buy any IAP and ended up with Number 8 spot in global leaderboards.
It's a lovely little game, very well crafted, however... I won't but any IAP and probably won't be playing in a weeks time.
It's a weird world we live in... Just glad there is so much choice these days. We all complain but the truth is it's a great time for gaming, regardless of all this IAP shenanigans.

I bought the coin doubler after five minutes - charming amazing pearl !

The only "negative" aspect is the same with almost every endless game out there; no clean leaderboard available, one without pearls in this case.

I picked up this game last night, and played about 2 - 3 minutes before going to bed. I found the game pretty enjoyable, but I havent played enough to give a solid review. I will say that I wouldnt mind the dive response to be a bit "tighter" if that term can be applicable. I will play some more and see how it goes.

Is there a way to disable ads?
I won't spend $4 on a doubler in a free game, but I'll gladly buy one of the $1 or $2 clam/pearl packs just to throw you guys some coin - IF it disables the ads.

(I absolutely love the game btw)

I agree. Sometimes it's harder than it seems it should be to dive and grab some clams. The control of the fish doesn't feel exactly right. It's good, but needs tweaking (a good example of perfect control in a game like this is whale trail).
