<begin edit title>oops - I meant "what other websites do you guys check games out at?" <end title edit > Hi everyone, Touch Arcade is definitely one of the top gaming web sites for iPhone/iPod-touch games. What other gaming sites do you guys visit to get the latest on iPhone/iPod-touch games? cheers, Steve.
Uhhh... SlideToPlay, IGN (though they're not very reliable), theAPPERA, and mine I guess... (Not supposed to self advertise, but you asked for it. ) But generally the first few sites, more the TA forums for news, for reviews, other sites. Twitter also has a lot of game news.
to tell the truth, the majority of the other ones are extremely confusing and just suck in general, so.... none
Just this and Slide to Play really. I also watch the Youtube videos from AppVee and TapCritic since they do some great reviews: AppVee for the short and concise reviews, and TapCritic for the long, in depth ones.
Touch Arcade is my premier app info site, but I use Slide to Play and PocketGamer quite a bit. Other than that, the other ones are pretty bad.
i used to use ipodtouchfans but i don't use that coz of lack of people. I mights try some of them^^^^^^^^suggested by other people. Oh wow your jeff?i sometimes go on NoDpad for nice in depth reviews but the seed 1 review by matt crushed me.
Slide To Play lost its credibility with the poor Sword of Fargoal review. But their style is nice - like the site anyway Besides that: touchgen.net, 148apps.com, IGN But TA is another level! Here are the gamers, here are the devs... TA is THE iPhone community.
Yay! LOL. Forgot to mention earlier that I also read on Pocketgamer. Not as often as other sites though. Sometimes touchgen.net for previews.
Yeah, I'm Jeff. Nice to meet you. As for the SEED 1 review, I have to say I agreed with Matt on the majority of the issues. Definitely wasn't the best RPG game. Ugh, why hasn't anyone mentioned the site yet. If it's because of me, I'm sorry. I've been really busy, and I'll get back to my usual writing schedule soon.
Well I havent seen your stuff yet. Sorry I'm a bad person. Ill go check it out in a bit But I think you need to work on your spelling. Lawl? I believe it's spelled rofl. duh.
I have noticed another site with video reviews on youtube.... umm theappspy.com or appspy.com or something... decent reviews, and at least the voice over guy doesn't sound bored out of his mind like the appvee ones. Dunno why, but I really don't like the appvee reviewers...
It's my drawling form of "Lol," alright? Don't be criticizing me because I'm Asian. Haha, just kidding. I'd be a very happy person if you checked out our entire site though, and the recent articles.
actually, lawl is another acceptable way to say it, its just not as common as rofl...but its wittier, imo
Stay on topic, please. And mention the sites you frequently visit. Honest answers, mind you. As you can tell, this topic is actually pretty interesting to me.
