      Can you define in more detail what you are asking. A Love Story, 1980's and you receive a new computer, I don;t think you will be able to find a game like that on the App Store.

      A game that could be similar though is "Back To The Future"

      You should all download Digital: A Love Story. It's free and it's pretty great.

      It is a freeware PC game, set in the 1980s, where you play as a person who has just bought their first computer. As the OP stated.

      Maybe Google the title and see what shows up?
