Please forgive a possibly stupid question - I have an iPhone 4, AT&T with 3G , will 6.1 allow me to use LTE? Or is it a hardware thing?

What's weird to me is that 6.0.1 made a huge difference for me from 6.0. Huge framerate changes in alot of games on upgrade from 6.0 to 6.0.1. In 6.1, notice nothing at all, nothing. Could have called it 6.0.2. Or even 6.0.1a, cause it was almost not worth the bother to upgrade. Didn't seem to fix or improve jack.

Usually the first .1 upgrade had some improvements. I am little disappointed in this upgrade.
