      I'm looking for a game, RPG I suppose, that plays like the Tales of series by Namco.

      Notable games:

      Tales of Phantasia
      Tales of Destiny
      Tales of Symphonia
      Tales of Eternia

      These games have a solid mix of RPG and fighting game controls with tiny little chibby characters with an anime style art esthetic.

      Seriously, these games are so good Tales of Destiny is like $70 on Amazon--for PSX.

      No.
      Nothing that is really similar to tales.
      I did hear something about a tales game coming to iOS. Japan only possibly though.
      At the moment, nothing.

      I think Osiris Legends tried the Tales formula.
