Some people may write about that. Maybe at some point you could just google it?

Ya, no thanks. Don't have the desire to spend my time hunting down what should have been included from the start.

The rules are hard to explain much like the grammar for a natural language is hard to explain.

In language learning, implicit learning is often used for this reason.

Maybe implicit learning can give players a general feel for what the rules are without having to learn those rules explicitly.

After having played it for a while, do you still feel the same way? Are the game rules becoming more apparent to you?

Some are, some aren't. The frustration level increases.

Nah, I'm done with the game. No reason to keep playing without the ability to plan and prioritize because of the opaqueness of the rules.
