The Bitmap Brothers' Chaos Engine (aka Soldier of Fortune) just re-released on PC ($9.99) and it'd be great if we see it come to iOS as well. Wow! I just noticed Z got updated with multiplayer! I'm Undeadcow on Game Center and down for some Z warfare. I caught this game originally on Pocket Tactics. Than today I stumbled across this sale and see they added MP! Yay! Edit: I'm ScotDamn on GC, I've actually never played with anyone over GC but Ill add you as a friend! awp69 Well-Known Member Oct 30, 2009 8,249 0 36 Greenville, SC #4 awp69, Sep 4, 2013 Might be interested in this but am kind of shocked at the app size. Not anything against the game, but with retro graphics like that I would have figured 50 MB tops. There's lengthy RPGs logging in under 20 MB. Anyway, extremely crushed for space. Might wait on this. I grabbed it last 99c sale and thought it'd never see an update!!!!! Redown loading now! AWP69, if you dig RTS games, I say buy it without hesitation. This is one of those classics. It's got humor, it's got tactics/strategy, it's got tons of replay value, especially now with MP. At the very least while on sale if you can't part with the space needed atm. Undeadcow, I can't figure out how to send messages in GC? haha I tried sending you an invite to play but I'm pretty clueless on how this GC stuff works. undeadcow Well-Known Member Dec 4, 2010 9,493 2 36 Houston, TX #7 undeadcow, Sep 4, 2013 ScotDamn - seems there was a lag then disconnected? Good start anyhow. ScotDamn Well-Known Member Patreon Silver Jul 8, 2013 1,990 0 36 Wireless Sales Happy Daddy https://twitter.com/ScotDamn #8 ScotDamn, Sep 4, 2013 Yeah that was strange. It was kind of pausing a bit here and there and than it went back to the menu. So it may have a few kinks to work out. undeadcow Well-Known Member Dec 4, 2010 9,493 2 36 Houston, TX #9 undeadcow, Sep 4, 2013 Z has some video segments that I suspect account for the larger file size. While it's not convenience with Apple's space limitations the now dated animated sequences are a cool feature originating from the PC edition (where space is less of a concern and FMV was routine). undeadcow Well-Known Member Dec 4, 2010 9,493 2 36 Houston, TX #10 undeadcow, Sep 4, 2013 I just played an automatch online game and it went a lot smoother; despite my defeat it was a blast. It's amazing they added multiplayer to iOS Z. tblrsa Well-Known Member Nov 10, 2009 1,099 0 0 Vienna #11 tblrsa, Sep 4, 2013 Whoa cool. I´ve already grabbed it back then but just redownloaded. Wanna try the Multiplayer. ScotDamn Well-Known Member Patreon Silver Jul 8, 2013 1,990 0 36 Wireless Sales Happy Daddy https://twitter.com/ScotDamn #12 ScotDamn, Sep 4, 2013 Well thats good to know. I was reacquainting myself to the game in single player. I remember this game on the PC from back in the mid to late 90's. I thought it was pretty awesome to have destructible environments. I think I remember alternating between this and Quake 2 a lot. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
