App description: 4/5 Rock hard Brian Flanagan, Game Designer: Ookibloks

5/5 Brutal Loop is the closest I've come to insanely throwing my iPad at a wall since I played Super Hexagon. Dom Conlon, Game developer: Astro Trainer

Brutal Loop is an adrenalin-fuelled action game which will test your reactions and sense of rhythm.

Less than 2% of players can complete this game. Can you?

Gameplay is simple. You control a Loop which needs power. To power the Loop you must fill all the cells of the Loop, in the correct order. Thats it!

*How to play*

Tap anywhere on the screen when the sweep arm is over the highlighted cell in the Loop. Correctly timing your tap fills the cell.

If you miss the target cell the first time, the Loop starts to lose power. Miss it a second time, you die.

You die if you tap the screen when the sweep arm is over a filled cell.

You die if you tap the screen when the sweep arm is over a cell which is not highlighted.

A level is 3 stages of the same colour and game mode. If you complete the level perfectly, you get a quick-fire bonus stage. Hit as many cells as you can before the timer runs out. Anyone who can get them all gets a BIG BONUS!!

-Universal app for iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch
-Retina support
-Game Centre leaderboards
-Requires iOS 5.1 or above
-Optimised for iPhone 4 and iPad 3 and above.

***We've had feedback that some players may experience slight performance issues on some older devices - it looks like this is being caused by the Game Centre integration. Sorry if this has affected you, we're working on fixing this, and we'll get an update out ASAP***

Scores simply worked out by hitting the correct cell on a mutliplyer yes?

What would be better is the closer you get to the middle of a cell the more points you get. The closer you are to just hitting the cell corner awards less points.

That would completely shake up the game score and each level could show your record score in that level every time you return to that level giving you something else to beat besides just beating the level

Anyone like this idea??
Yessss, was thinking the same myself, those few extra points make a big difference when going for the leader boards.

It would radically change the scores, yes there would be some luck as the levels get harder.

I would love each level to keep your record to chase as well the record score should be displayed next to the running score on every level.

What's the best way to get past the clock face level with hundreds of slices. Been just mashing away, but is it better to tap carefully? But seems when I do, the taps don't register.

First I tap like hell and after 15 seconds I try to fill in the empty spots one by one.

Super Fun Game!

Woah, this game is pretty awesome! I may be addicted.

I just helped design a game called Circle Stop that has a similar mechanic, but is otherwise pretty radically different. A lot more bright and colorful

Would be awesome if ya'll checked it out. We're a tiny indie studio so we'd really appreciate any feedback or shares.

Thanks peeps!

Hi all.

My name's Curt, I work at Ten Ton Toy.

Just wanted to say a big thanks for all for all of the feedback from you peeps.

We're in the process of updating the app, and have taken into consideration all of the comments so far, some of which we may integrate into the next or future updates, so if you have any other comments, or suggestions you'd like us to know about please fire away here and we'll definitely discuss them at our end, and maybe add them to the next release. No personalised cheat mode requests though plz

We're also looking for some new beta testers, so if you're interested PM me with your contact details so we can put you on the list. (You'll need your own device - iOS, Droid, or Kindle... really old devices may struggle and probably aren't actually supported so keep that in mind )

Some excellent scores showing up on the leaderboards btw!! You're blowing us away!
