I think the idevices are made for these type of games.
And I've noticed there are a lot of remakes in the appstore.
Some of them are good, some of them aren't.

Which of the remakes do you like? Which old school game do you recommend?
Or have you found a new one? Please post them here, since i cant have enough of those remakes on my iphone. ;)

And just to make things clear, I'm not talking about the newer point and click games like "city of secrets" or "Hector" or hidden object games.
For those i will redirect you to pointoflight's topic, he has made a complete list list of the adventure games:
    http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=93302

    Games I've found:
    - Flight of the amazone queen
    - Beneath a steel sky
    - Monkey island 1 and 2
    - Broken sword 1 and 2
    - Simon the sorcerer 1 and 2
    - Gobliiins 1 and 2
    - Inheret the earth

Anyone found any other old school point and click games?
So far i like Broken Sword 1 the most, great story and graphics.
And i've also enjoyed Simon the Sorcerer more then i've expected. But it crashes a lot and made me loose my save data. And i diden't feel like starting a new game.

And I really wish they would release Full Throttle to IOS.
    Great Game with humor.

1112, Hector, Puzzle Agent, and Sam and Max all fit this. They are new, but they're all pretty great.

The thread you mentioned in your first post has a link to a list of all the games you mentioned. Let's keep the discussion consolidated.
