Technically you send it over email from your device and then they put it on the fan page to resolve their problems. I've known about this game for months and read all the reviews -- and in fact, I discovered the iPhone version by accident. But, of course, it's from a source that is not well known in the App Store (though the original game was released by Altus, which is up there with Square Enix as a publisher of RPGs). From all I've been able to find out about the game, this is the second serious new JRPG to be released on the platform (with the first being Chaos Rings). don_k Well-Known Member Oct 9, 2008 4,404 3 0 #7 don_k, Aug 4, 2010 If I don't know that Secret of Mana is coming as well I'd buy this right now. Looks really good and like a serious asian RPG, unlike Zenonia or Luna Story. Gabrien Well-Known Member Nov 24, 2009 5,148 0 36 #8 Gabrien, Aug 4, 2010 I'm doing my best to keep an open mind. GTA is 232mb but is actually somewhere near 600 on your device Alyindar Well-Known Member Oct 30, 2009 136 0 16 Somewhere in the Nightside #10 Alyindar, Aug 4, 2010 Err seriously? Not sure what to think about this. I bought it on PSP shortly after it came out last year. The gameplay is pretty straightforward, I liked the levelup/skill tree bits - certainly spent a lot of time in that tower earning xp between stretches of storyline. However the game got pretty stale after 15-20hours of play. Battles flowed almost always the same, and the story - though quirky - was too few and far between. $10 isn't bad if you like JRPGs, but I can't expect this will perform well on the iOS platform. So yeah, more reasons not to put any work into my own game... like I needed any. squarezero Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Dec 10, 2008 13,546 1,074 113 Male Chief Strategy Officer Salem, Massachusetts, USA #13 squarezero, Aug 4, 2010 I'm about to watch Mad Men, so it may take me a bit -- sorry! Back on topic. I've played this game on psp a while back. Pretty solid game, fast transitions. Here are a few things that stood out: - Battles are fairly traditional. Sprites animate fairly well during battles and cutscenes - Story is fairly generic, but enjoyable. - You need to do a hefty amount of grinding to get anything done. - Even though there aren't technically any random encounters, the enemies move so fast when they spot you, the encounter rate is high anyways... I'd say it should be rated around low 70's to high 70's if ya want a score value.
