Thanks for the kind words.

The idea for the Endless mode was to give people who don't want any stress at all the equivalent of a software toy, or 'digital bubble wrap'; something that's tactile fun... and that's it. Apparently some people want to just keep tapping... f-o-r-e-v-e-r, so I decided to throw them a proverbial bone while I was fixing an iOS4 bug.

So, yes. Endless can drag on for a long time. Frankly, it's not my favourite play-style, but I know my mum will like it.

I'm all for it mate. The more content the better. This was one of the very first games I picked up, purely on the weight of how cute it looked.

Just wondered what else you've got in the pipeline for the future? Any new projects?

Indeedy: I'm creating a weird physics/arcade/adventure game called 'Incoboto'. There's a bit of info here at the
Fluttermind blog
.

Also: Incoboto is huge, ambitious, and pretty much unlike anything else out there, and it's really really hard work! But it will be the best thing I've ever done if it comes out the way I want. I'll also be wanting beta-testers and other friendly folks to help me bash out the rough edges in a few months. If anyone's interested, feel free to mail me at the address on the Fluttermind website. I'm a friendly person myself, so the more the merrier - even if you just post to say 'Hi', or 'Hurry up already'. :-)

Yeah, I have to say I'm no fan of this kind of Endless myself but agree there are many folk that do dig playing a game with no real end conditions to get into a happy meditative space, so what the heck! This could help open the game up to more casual players as well as give a nice trainer to the game proper.

Hey Dene, thank you very much for this update. I haven't bought this game yet but I will do ASAP. Incoboto turned out to be one of my favourite experiences on iOS, and I am very much looking forward to what Fluttermind brings next.

Hey, thanks. Bemuse is a ways off, yet, but the plan is to get people involved and playing long before release this time. It'll be more fun that way, I think.
