      There's Mega Man ... and there's Ricky which is a rip off of mario. Plus theres a ton of platform games that are retro-like, such as Bounce On, Black Tie Adventure, PlanetOne, the list goes on and on

      The Great Gianna Sisters is a decent remake of an old C64/Amiga game that actually got pulled because it was too close to Mario for Nintendo's tastes...

      (And it includes the levels from the original game...)

      If you love retro - you really should check out Pix N Love Rush which is a new game that does "retro" very well.

      Robo Rush, which is part of the All-in-1 Gamebox, is a pretty direct Super Mario Bros ripoff.

      Very true and also Iron Commando, also part of the Gamebox, is close to Contra.
