Hi, first of all let me say that this is an amazing game. Great graphic and I love to play around with all the different things effecting my Turnover. Unfortunately the number of passengers start dropping slightly every night with the month change around 8 o'clock (German time) continuing dropping till the late morning the next day. I like to understand the effects in this game influencing this but unfortunately I don't. I checked the passenger volume and it increased. Fuel is getting more expensive (game year is 1977.3 now) but that should not have an effect to my number of passengers. My "awareness level" on the continents as well as the service level increases steadily and also the satisfaction of my customers is the same. So why do my passenger figures keep dropping during night? It is for all routes so new competitors can also not be the reason. Please help me. I want to understand this game. VadeX Member Apr 30, 2015 23 0 0 #5 VadeX, Jun 15, 2015 I think this is normal month-to-month fluctuation in passenger numbers. There are more tourists going around in the summer months (around June to September) and Christmas (December). You should notice 2 numbers when you check out each city: the first is the Business activity and the second is the Tourism activity. The higher the second number is, the higher the fluctuation throughout the year. guzzla Well-Known Member Patreon Bronze May 12, 2015 162 0 0 #6 guzzla, Jun 15, 2015 What is the monetization like on this game? I see there are standard freemium IAPs but do you really need them? What do the credits get you? Rob the pilot New Member May 29, 2015 3 0 0 #7 Rob the pilot, Jun 16, 2015 Thank you for your answer VadeX. That is what I was thinking meanwhile . I have another question now. I'd like to recalculate the profit a route gives me. To check it and keep it easy I equipped one of my planes with only economy seats. It was used 100% and I was able to recalculate the number of passengers. Then I multiplied the number of passengers by the ticket price and I got much more than my profit on this route. Even if I deduct the cost for feeding my passengers etc. I have still more profit than the game gives me... Tax is separately deducted so what is it? Why do I get less than I should? Rob the pilot New Member May 29, 2015 3 0 0 #8 Rob the pilot, Jun 16, 2015 You need them to open/ buy an airport, to increase the maximum number of slot requests you can have open at a time and for other things. You get some credits fulfilling some quests but not enough. VadeX Member Apr 30, 2015 23 0 0 #9 VadeX, Jun 23, 2015 I did the same calculation and I find the profit is about 10-15% less than passengers*fare. The same goes for cargo routes. Don't know why this happens either. Maybe you can try asking the developers; they are quite responsive to players. Let us know if you get an answer from them. This game is way less money-hungry than most freemium games out there. Credits are used for speeding up processing time of acquiring planes/slots, using upgraded parts on planes, building extra facilities in airports, setting up and joining alliances, and purchasing airports. You get some free credits from daily bonus, and a hundred by rating and reviewing the game (at least for the Android version). Bonus credits will also be given out according to your ranking at the end of the game. FYI I haven't spent a penny yet, but now I am sitting comfortably at 2nd place in my server in year 1975, serving over 1,200,000 passengers and 100,000 tonnes of cargo every month.
