Well i copied a game into the Documents folder and tried the app again, nah nothing.

I think perhaps we've been too spoilt by past 'hidden' emulators ! Unless on this one you have to touch the top right 3 times, bottom left 27 times, knock on a neighbours house and run down the road 3 times for it to get to a secret menu or something.

Perhaps it is simply just this old shareware game !

PSJ...emulator apps aren't always necessary. Neither is jailbreaking...

I'm being a little blatant because it's legit
Licensed Kickstart 1.3 for this game from Cloanto (Amiga Forever).
No side loaders (knock yourself out though).

To be honest, I do think the game lacks stay.
It might not be the last iOS Amiga from me though.
I am going to try for a commercial joystick game free for the end user.

I could load from a linear memory snapshot in less than a second,
but half the point is the Amiga. I did not want to cheat the emulation.

It hasn't (and won't be) removed for anything dodgy.
iPad is deliberately out for now, only for lack of testing,
but I do have one ready.

Well. When I last checked it said it wasn't available in the us appstore.

I never owned an Amiga, but my uncle did, and it blew me away. Quick question for curiosities' sake: what is the difference between Workbench and Kickstart? Was Kickstart the bootloader/bios and Workbench the gui?

On another note, I can never think of Amiga without also thinking of these guys:
Glory days.

Have you checked that on an iPad or iPhone?
I suspect that it is not visible in the App Store if viewed with an iPad.
It's still here in Aus, and just can't think of any reason to selectively delete it from one region.

Kickstart, loaded from ROM chip on a real amiga later than A1000.
Workbench, not needed to boot a game disk, it contained the tools
like say, an editor, clock, etc. and has always been provided on floppy.
A lot of the GUI is happening because of Kickstart though.

License to use Kickstart is why it's not worth the risk.
working on UAE running the guts of a real Amiga in the App Store,
I wouldn't take the risk having it deleted for a side loader.

I can't see your picture because a less detailed version of this is burned into my eyes:

I've got an iPad2 and iPad4 and am willing to help test, if you need it.

Thanks, but unless you have a developer account, you are unable to run it
iPad support won't be far away. I do have an iPad ready now.

It is, but dedicated to one disk image only, so not what you are referring to
