Deleted because of the poor music, poor interface, poor grammar, but its gameplay is nice, I JUST HATE the music, it hurts my ears. Sciuridae Well-Known Member May 29, 2009 59 0 0 #11 Sciuridae, Jul 18, 2013 This is actually a pretty good game. Unfortunately, I had to delete it from my iPad because it constantly nags you about not playing, even with notifications turned off. I'd rather play City Cat or the Oz runner and avoid the hassle. Im pretty sure it isnt just me who downloads too much runner games. Sink Or Swim is the first that comes to mind. It forces you to play endless mode and you cant progress through story mode if you run out of that stamina thingy. If they removed the timers, i wouldnt know coz i deleted this a month (maybe less than a month) after i played it. Took a while before i deleted coz i was hoping the devs would remove the timers, but i think they tweaked it to be more "balanced" as they see it, but never removed them. Not sure if the timers are still there. If it isnt, id be glad to reinstall. EDIT: Read my impressions on the game from when i started playing Dream Chaser. It was losing all hearts that had the timer. we.R.play Well-Known Member May 30, 2011 341 0 16 #14 we.R.play, Jul 18, 2013 hello again Exact-Psience your initial impressions were spot on but we're just wondering if you gave this a whirl after the update and if you ever felt you had to wait for the timers? there are hearts available in the endless mode now too and the timer after the update was only 15 minutes for 3 new hearts. The good thing though is that its free now so hopefully a lot more people can give it a go. Feedback is always welcome as we continue to try to improve the game. thanks everyone! we.R.play Well-Known Member May 30, 2011 341 0 16 #15 we.R.play, Jul 18, 2013 hey sciuridae - we're sorry about the nagging. We know we needed an intervention and have tried to address that in the update. Let us know if you give it a go again and still find the notifications a little too frequent. thanks! Exact-Psience Well-Known Member Jan 12, 2012 22,664 2 38 The Work-At-Home Guy Philippines #16 Exact-Psience, Jul 18, 2013 Thanks for always listening to feedback. Always appreciate that. Havent played it since the updates, but im really not about to start grinding away again from scratch only to see if the changes will work for me or not. I actually unlocked the armor you gave away for free before you gave it away for free, so i hope that shows how much time i spent on Dream Chaser. I believe it was a red armor? Cant remember. I am willing to give it another shot if players i trust here give a go signal. I really liked this game but the previous timers killed it for me. Let's hope somebody here plays it and finds it a lot more playable. One thing i cant get my mind off right now, is that you're willing to drop a 7-hour timer to 15 minutes for 3 hearts, why not remove it entirely? Wait... Dont answer that. I believe you answered a similar question in the game's thread, something about encouraging being more careful not to lose them hearts. I still dont get it, but im sure you have good reasons which i still wont understand. dancj Well-Known Member Jan 25, 2011 967 4 18 #17 dancj, Jul 18, 2013 Thanks for saving me the effort of installing it. sink_or_swim Well-Known Member Feb 4, 2012 3,504 5 38 Germany #18 sink_or_swim, Jul 18, 2013 I played this a bit but I still don't understand how the timers and hearts work I have to use my hearts in endless mode to play story mode? we.R.play Well-Known Member May 30, 2011 341 0 16 #19 we.R.play, Jul 18, 2013 hey sink or swim - you can simply start playing the story mode- did you run out of hearts? sink_or_swim Well-Known Member Feb 4, 2012 3,504 5 38 Germany #20 sink_or_swim, Jul 18, 2013 No I haven't used any hearts It would be nice if you could explain it because I have absolutely no idea how it works (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
