Contre Jour --> $2.99 to $0.99!

I think my lazy butt is finally going to pick this up!

I have World Of Goo. Is this worth getting? Is it more than eye candy?

Eh.. it is a decent puzzler with good music and really creative gameplay ... but as a whole package it is nowhere near world of goo in my opinion... though it is probably not fair to compare an original iOS game to a critically acclaimed PC/wii game.lol.

The weird little blob remains as a weird little blob..the world although pretty is silent and dead.. it just didn't draw me in enough to find the motivation to finish it. For 0.99 USD, I would say this is a decent buy and I will probably keep it on my iPad so I can revisit its souless world when I have really nothing else to do.

Worth getting, but not comparable to World of Goo, like the guy above me said.

People compare this to cut the rope, but IMO, this game is brings a little bit more challenge and isn't as addicting.

Still extremely polished and beautiful. The music is amazing and I would say is worth keeping on your device for 99c.

I have the iPhone version and haven't come close to finishing it yet. But I would certainly recommend the game.

I had bought the iPhone version back then since I was just curious enough to throw a buck on it. With this sale for the HD version, I think it's a nice excuse to upgrade.

It's not in the top-tier of its kind, but nevertheless a well-executed take on the genre.

I agree with the comments above, it's not a top-tier game.

If you love the art direction and want to fully experience the style, get World of Goo or Limbo.

If you love the game mechanics, get Cut The Rope.

This game is a mix and match of all those games, but not as good as any of its inspiration. World of Goo and Limbo definitely has more charm and personalities instead of a mere execution style. And Cut The Rope is more addictive, responsive and.. original.
