Hi folks, Bad news on the name you voted for "Flick Soccer 3D", unfortunately the "Flick Sports" trademark owner emailed me to "dissuade me" from using it. I think that there is a real chance the game would be pulled if i used that name, which as an independent developer, i cant risk happening while its (fingers crossed) on the new and noteworthy section. This said, please be aware that they were good enough to let me know in advance. And despite being a little frustrated about not being able to use certain words, the trademark owner and I are having a dialogue about possible collaboration in the future, which would be great for me - and hopefully you. So, as you guys decided on that name, i would like you to choose again! Please note that "Soccer" will be substituted (no pun intended) for "Football" in territories where this is how the game is known. I.E. "Swipe Soccer 3D" > "Swipe Football 3D" here in the UK. (I was going to put "EDGE Football" as a joke option, but i though too many of you might vote for it ) If you have any other ideas, please reply on the thread. Many thanks everyone. Morgan
touch soccer. hard choice between swipe and touch, but swipe just sounds like it would be a simplistic game to me when i hear it
