What games have been done solely by one person? Particularly perhaps famous games

Not a "famous" game but recent...one game that did really well in the app store was Trainyard by Matt Rix. It beat angry birds for the number one spot for a few days I think so that is success in my eyes.

All my games are one-man efforts: Silverfish, Pinch 'n Pop!, Pollywog.

Not famous by any stretch but Pinch 'n Pop!'s icon did make an appearance in a few early iPhone TV commercials.

Aralon was coded entirely by one person in his spare time. Jason from Galoobeth Games.

Just one person coded it? I thought crescent moon spiced it up

From my understanding, he coded the entire game first. Crescent Moon did come in eventually, but it's still pretty amazing for one guy to make something like that.

(I thought it were discussing a game of such title)

If you have not tried Silverfish, I think you have missed something really neat. (And please don't compare it with Tilt To Live... :p)

I think the maker of "Red Nova" may also be a one-man-team.

Compression was done by Little bear studio which is one guy.
Tan Zen and Zentonimo are also his, but his wife may have been involved there too
