how bad is the iap in this game?

do i get the season pass for 0.99 and i can receive all future updates?

That is what it says. Is there a timeline for the release of future updates?

I bought Scribblenauts today and have already completed all the included content and a quarter of the IAP by just playing it on and off. Seems like this is a good and fun game but a lot more content is needed.
