answer my own question incase anybody else might wonder the same thing.

you need:
1. Defeat 85% of the monsters on that level
2. Collect 85% of the gems on that level
3. Get hit 4 times or less on that level

loving the game. Controls are always an issue on touch devices but I really got used to the standard controls of this game and have no problems at all with the controls. I actually like the controls

He-Man: TMPGU has gone free...

I found it quite fun to play, and it could easily have been released as a Gameboy Advanced cartridge.

Has anyone beat this game without buying any of the upgrade skills?

did anybody actually find out how to get the battle armour teased in the update text? i dont see any upgrade option for it…

yes, you can actually buy crystals as iap for faster upgrades, but not really necessary, for the best upgrades you'll have to grind the levels though…

and they added two new iap upgrades: get double crystals and something to helpp you find the hidden lore.
