I have Fallout 1 and 2 on PC, but haven't tried the latest one. I'd like to see these games on iPhone. I like Carmack- he's a very smart guy. I think he puts a lot of attention to detail, and he doesn't hack a game together to throw it up in the App Store. He is one of the few big-name developers I enjoy on the platform. I'm actually surprised that John Romero hasn't made an appearance on iPhone yet. Or has he?

now that would be awesome to have a Fallout 3 type game on the iphone...the VATS system would be a natural fit for the touch interface
