    Freeway Mutant ftw

  2. Any chance we could have a GOTM game of the month contest between the top 4 and a couple high voted wild cards?

It would be helpful now that my wife put me on an allowance for my app addiction. X)

I have now officially spent more time playing freeway mutant than it took to make. I don't know whether to be pleased or ashamed.

My vote had to go to Leos Fortune, an amazing looking playable game.

Wayward Souls i really like but i still dont 'get' the hype/love for it some people are having, its a great retro dungeon 'gauntlet' style game but i dont know, find it odd people going crazy for hats (which do nothing and are just cosmetic). I do like the game but i'm not going crazy over it as many are (is it just me ?!)

I paid so I haven't watched any ads. Really enjoyed it though for what it is.

Nope, not just you, don't get me wrong, I like the game but also voted Leo's fortunes for the same reasons as you. I've played ws more than any game ever, but more just to prove to myself that I could get past the first level, not sure I'm prepared to put another 30 hours in to get past level 2 as it's stopped being fun a little, for me.

Really dude? I have no clue what this freeway zombie game is but I would have pegged you as a WS supporter/votee. Hell I forgot to vote so I have little room to talk. :)

Think about what you're saying here.

"I've played WS more than any game ever.."

I doubt you play a game more than any other because it isn't extremely good and engaging. To me the difficulty is a third of what makes the game so great! Another third goes to the genuine skill it demands of you.

Nothing wrong with your vote, Leo's Fortune looks amazing and I'll likely pick it up, I'm just pointing out what you said is all. Powerful words indeed. :)

Wayward souls already has 3,000 votes, so another seemed unnecessary.

Check out Freeway Mutant, it's from the guys that made Quadropus Rampage (fantastic rougelike) and Towelfight 2: The Monocle of Destiny.

The Third Eye is quite a good game, definitely worth a try.
