Hmm, well, I'm not really up for showing much yet, but it's a little puzzley, a little scary, and very much mobile-focused. I look forward to revealing more in a while.

There it is, first reveal of the gameplay! I showed Jared and he was pretty into what I was doing! I still got plenty of work to do, but I'm excited for you all to play it hopefully later this spring!
That home is looking a bit close to the flames. Some work on animation. Doing a lot of object/enemy creation this week.
Work continues on Fire Child! This is another one of the places you can reach in the game as you get further into the tale. Work has been progressing at a sporadic pace, due to the challenges of freelance work. I've been working on a number of gigs and projects and porting Dead End to PC and TV, so it's taken a lot of my energy away from Fire Child. But a week ago I got a couple new enemies into FC, and trees that can light on fire (thus lighting parts of the level). And this scene now. I'm also going to try to draw/develop on Twitch once or twice a week, so subscribe at twitch.tv/randyzero if you want to watch that! Finally, if you like customized iPhone/iPod cases or stickers, I put some of my piratey art into case form on Society 6, and I think it works really great! Have a good Thursday evening! -Randy O
