I examined that issue and renamed all the characters, like Jokerman, Crazy in Red. We use stylized pixel-art and different names, so, nobody can condemn us. But, if they try, we can just re-color characters and all be fine. Heh.
Well I really like the game. Injustvhate that my game enter is bugged and can't use it . I like that there are many many different characters and several ways of dueling. It def is a good game
