We have updated the original post with the new and official trailer for Axes & Allies and announced the release date! Axes & Allies is scheduled to launch on Halloween, October 31, 2013! It will LAUNCH for FREE on Halloween, but Axes & Allies is NOT designed to be Free To Play and will return to a premium price point sometime after launch.
This looks good Everplay. I've always been a fan of line-drawing strategy games since Battleheart, and this one looks pretty solid. Guess i'll just pop my other questions here too... Leaping Legend always crashes after a while when playing on the ipad mini, have you received feedback on this and any plans on optimizing? Ace of Blades... Any news?
Thanks! Axes & Allies will 'launch' for free but it is definitely not a Free To Play game like Leaping Legend. We have submitted an update fixing crashing problems on Leaping Legend along with the music fix. Ace of Blades - This one is kind of tricky, sadly. There were some issues with the gameplay experience and it definitely wasn't something that we were proud to present especially after Ace of Blades started to get some attention. We HAVE NOT cancelled it, but we have completely overhauled it, including the art and mechanics. We'll post something new in the near future after the launch of Axes & Allies on Halloween and our other game on November 7.
