Hello ladies and gentlefolk, and welcome to the TouchArcade Forums' Game of the Month for January 2017. It's been a great start to the year for iOS games, from the long awaited release of The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, to the excellent and unique puzzler Splitter Critters. But both of those games are going to have to go some in the poll to beat out early Game of the Year contender Vape Master. Rules Games nominated must have been released on iOS in January 2017. No more than 5 nominations, please. The nomination period will end on 02/03/2017 after which the 5 most nominated games will be included in a poll. Game developers are encouraged to participate. Released a game this month? Come tell us about it! Nominating/voting for a game which you are affiliated with is frowned upon, as are shill votes. This is a fun poll for forum members, please keep it fair. Participants are encouraged to discuss their nominations. The more banter the better, just make sure to keep it friendly! Have fun. Cool Andy ha ha, here are my noms: 1. Red's Kingdom. 2. Breakout Ninja. 3. Sky Dancer. 4. Arrows&Sparrows. 5. Drop'd.
Yay, that thread made my day. Surprise of the month for me was how burned out I was already by the pc version of binding of isaac. Gladly bought it to support premium prices, but haven't played more than an hour. But without further ado, my nominations: 1. Milkmaid of the Milkyway 2. A Normal Lost Phone 3. Super Gridland I'm looking forward to the final nominations!
Easy for me, as I've only really played two. Sword Art Online: Memory Defrag - first F2P RPG nonsense that hasn't made me want to throw my phone in the microwave. It's everything I hate about modern mobile gaming - yet it's still pretty good. Red's Kingdom - well, it's a standout. Clever, and clearly made with love. I think I can say already that if Red's Kingdom doesn't win, I'll be slightly surprised. Unless it's Isaac.
DANDY DUNGEON Legend of Brave Yamada Sky Dancer Red's Kingdom Towaga Loop! Loop! is probably not eligible since it released late December, but I figured I'd try. I played Isaac to death on XB1 and also bought for iOS but, like OrangeKnickers, only played it briefly. Thanks Andy!
Red's Kingdom for me. Still a few more that I'm interested in this month, but haven't played them yet so can't really nominate them yet!
Glad to see this is back! Thanks Andy. Unfortunately I was pretty busy with dev work this month and didn't get any decent playing time into this months releases (though I really want to play splitter critters)
No worries, Bossman! You know I'm a fan of Jump Jack, I spent a lot of time on that little beauty and had a lot of fun earning those combo stars! Best of luck with Get Me Outta Here and thanks for stopping by!
A lot of reds kingdom, just you all wait until slay away camp drops! It's going to blow up for sure if it gets the exposure . Same mechanics and in development forever. Reds kingdom meets Jason at camp crystal lake
1. The Binding of Isaac 2. Splitter Critters 3. Collect or Die 4. Red's Kingdom Great to see this resurrected, fantastic effort guys!
Super Gridland (square go) Z-Exemplar (ZX Emplary) The Binding of Isaac (blinding) Don't Starve: Shipwrecked (crashlanded) Prevail (it didn't, unfortunately)
I would love to participate Andy, but I haven't played any of those games yet Envoyé de mon iPad en utilisant Tapatalk
