If it uses the same "level up till the next quest" structure, I'm not interested. It does look nice, though. -- then again, I never thought that looks was the main problem with Crusade of Destiny.

I agree. Crusade of destiny for what it was is decent in graphics but the level up before i give you the next quest made grinding a royal pain in the arse. Hopefully the developer has learned a lot more since his first idevice 3d rpg. I'm hoping this next gme is more like The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time of completely free roaming and a lot less grinding. I've contacted the developer hoping he will come and give more details on this thread.

Loooks very nice. I just hope that it willl be able to run on iPod touch 2g. I think this will be something aralon might want to watch out for. I mean if this is released earlier than aralon Im sure it would hurt aralon's sales.

does look nice - plenty of room for RPG's on the App store though. Crusade of Destiny and Ravensword co-existed quite fine together.

I doubt it. The thing about Aralon is that beyond the great graphics (which we should see for the first time today), the game has the kind of depth and openness that have never been seen on a 3D Western RPG in the App Store (or, for that matter, on any other portable platform, as far as I know). So far we know nothing about the quality of gameplay on Land of Legend.

EDIT: I like Josh's answer better, actually

Well to be honest not many people know about the quality of Aralon either, they only have to believe what others have told them about it, I agree that no one knows about this either but you can never be sure(especially since the guys who made Crusade of Destiny did this)

    Let me clarify:

I know how good the gameplay is on Aralon. The moment that the game is reviewed, many other people will know how good it is, too.

So far, we have heard nothing about Land of Legend's gameplay. The game has just been announced, so that's not surprising. My hope is that it's leagues better than Crusade of Destiny.

After looking at those screenshots what devices do you guys think it will run on?

I think iPod touch 1G and iPhone 2G are out. Possibly even ipod touch 2G and iPhone 3G are out too?
