I also have the same problem going on here. Just updated to 4s from 4 and the frame rate has dropped quite a bit. Looks really choppy. The animation has lost its realism. It's like playing nba live. Looks horrible.

Also had this issue on my 4s and now my iPhone 5 as well as my ipad 4. Looks horrible and gives me a headache. It runs beautifully on my iPhone 4, however. It's been over a year and still no fix for this.
